The agreement between you and UNWIRE™ for using this website and, once products are available, buying from us.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Unwire Nutrition LLC ("UNWIRE™", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your use of tryunwire.com, our emails, our free downloads and any products and services we offer (together, the "Services"). UNWIRE™ is not selling products yet; the sections on orders apply once products are available.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Subscription & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. If a specific policy conflicts with these Terms, the specific policy controls for the subject it covers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to place an order. Our products will not be intended for anyone under 18.
3. Your account
Some features, such as order history and subscriptions, may require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. Products, orders, pricing and payment
Product details, prices, any discounts and the terms that apply to a purchase will be shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. We work to describe products accurately but do not warrant that every description or image is error-free.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before you place an order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may limit quantities or cancel orders, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock limits. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for your order total, including taxes and shipping. Any discount code is subject to its own stated terms.
5. Shipping
Shipping methods, rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
The refund terms for each product are shown before you buy and are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel. You can change, pause, skip or cancel at any time with no fees. Details are in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
8. Free content and downloads
Our articles and free guides are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share our free guides for personal use. You may not resell them or present them as your own.
9. Intellectual property
The Services and their content, including the UNWIRE™ name and logo, text, graphics, images and design, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial use. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts;
- upload or transmit malicious code or defamatory, abusive or infringing content;
- use bots or scrapers to access or copy the Services without permission; or
- resell our products without authorization or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
We may suspend access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
11. Health information and dietary supplements
Content on the Services, including articles, guides and product information, is for general information only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Talk to your clinician before starting any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition or are scheduled for surgery. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read on the Services.
Dietary supplements are not drugs. Any statement we make about how a supplement may support the structure or function of the body will carry this disclaimer:

12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except the express terms we state for a product at purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNWIRE™ and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNWIRE™ and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms, any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, practices or the law, and will revise the date above when we do. Changes take effect when posted. The terms shown at checkout apply to that order.
