Accessibility Statement

on this page

We are committed to making tryunwire.com usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. This is ongoing work, and we treat it that way.

Effective May 17, 2026 Last updated: October 22, 2026

Our commitment

Equal access for everyone

UNWIRE™ is committed to making tryunwire.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

We believe everyone deserves equal access to the information, products, and services we offer. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and the experience for all of our customers.

Our standard

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

UNWIRE™ strives to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, physical, motor, and neurological disabilities. We use them as our framework for ongoing accessibility improvements.

What we have done

Accessibility built into the site

To make our website more usable for everyone, we have implemented the following:

Visual

  • High color contrast between text and background
  • Resizable text that scales without breaking the layout
  • Alt text on images so screen readers can describe them
  • Consistent typography for clear readability

Navigation

  • Keyboard navigation support for visitors who cannot use a mouse
  • Visible focus indicators that show the selected element
  • Logical heading hierarchy that screen readers can interpret
  • Descriptive link text that explains where links lead

Forms

  • Labeled form fields that work with assistive technology
  • Clear error messages when a form cannot be submitted

Content

  • Plain English articles and policy pages
  • Structured page layout that screen readers can navigate
  • No auto-playing audio or video that could disrupt assistive technology

Ongoing work

Where we are still improving

Accessibility is a continuous effort. Areas we are actively developing include:

  • Expanded alt text across all visual content
  • Enhanced screen reader compatibility on dynamic page elements
  • Improved mobile accessibility for touch-based assistive technology
  • Captions and transcripts for any video content we publish in the future
  • Regular accessibility reviews of new pages and product launches

Web accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time project. We treat it that way.

Third-party content

Tools we do not fully control

Some parts of our website include content provided by third-party services, such as our checkout and account systems, payment processors, customer service tools, and email or SMS sign-up forms.

While we do our best to work with accessible third-party tools, we cannot fully control the accessibility of content that these providers embed on our site.

If you encounter an accessibility issue with a third-party tool on our website, please let us know and we will work with the provider or look for an alternative.
