We respect your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly. By using our website, subscribing to our emails or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Your email address when you sign up for emails or request our free guide. If you buy from us in future, your name, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order details. Anything you send when you contact support.
Sign-up details
When you sign up, we record which part of the site you signed up from and, if present in the link you followed, campaign tags such as utm_source. We do not ask for, and our sign-up forms do not collect, any health information.
Payment information
If you buy from us, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number. We receive only limited details such as payment status and the last four digits of your card.
Usage and device information
Information collected automatically as you browse, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and visit times. Some of this is gathered through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 4.
