The label is the argument.
A supplement label should explain itself: every ingredient, every dose, and every claim pointing to evidence you can read. Below are the rules we hold ourselves to, with an honest split between what you can check now and what can only be shown later.
The commitments
What we can verify today, and what has to wait.
We’re a supplement brand that hasn’t sold anything yet. Some promises can only be proven with records that don’t exist yet. We won’t pretend otherwise.
- True today
- Needs records first
Every milligram disclosed.
True today
This is a written rule for every label we publish. Nothing is on sale yet, so there is no label for you to check today.
Needs records first
The finished label, matched against the production batch record, before anyone is asked to buy.
No proprietary blends.
True today
A written rule. We will not hide individual doses behind a blend name.
Needs records first
The finished label, where you can count every ingredient and dose yourself.
Evidence explained, not inflated.
True today
Factual claims on this site link to a source, and each source on our Science page lists what it can and cannot support.
Needs records first
Any claim about a product will need its own substantiation file before it is published. A study on one ingredient is not proof that a finished product works.
No invented proof.
True today
You will find no reviews, star ratings, customer counts, stock meters or countdown timers here, because we have none that are real.
Needs records first
Reviews only from real customers, published as they come in, with any required disclosures. Never selected to look better than they are.
Testing claims only with paperwork.
True today
We do not claim third-party testing. We have no certificate of analysis yet, so we say nothing about testing.
Needs records first
A certificate of analysis for a real production batch, before any testing claim appears.
Manufacturing claims only with records.
True today
We make no claims about where or how a product is made, because production records do not exist yet.
Needs records first
Production and facility records that support each word we use.
Safety before persuasion.
True today
Our articles say when a clinician should be involved, and they do not suggest a supplement can solve sleep problems.
Needs records first
Clear label warnings, and plain notes on who should check with a clinician before use.
Language we refuse
Words we won’t use.
Some phrases are common in supplement marketing because they work on readers, not because they are true. We keep a list. These are on it.
Cure, treat or prevent
Any word that promises one of these for a condition stays off the page.
“Clinically proven”
Only a clinical trial of that exact product could earn it. We have no such trial.
“FDA approved”
The FDA doesn’t approve supplements before sale.
“Doctor recommended”
No doctor has endorsed us.
“Adrenal fatigue”, “cortisol belly”, “cortisol face”
Never used as if they were diagnoses.
“Only 12 left”
Nor any other countdown we can’t prove.
When we describe how a nutrient may support the body, we’ll use the careful language the law requires and add the FDA’s standard disclaimer next to it.
